Hi 👋
I'm Amartya Bhattacharya[CV ], currently working at an US-Based Stealth Startup with founders from MIT, USC and Apple. I am currently working on Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) methods using LLMs. I concurrently oversee projects on Multimodal Generative AI (diffusion models) I, previously worked at IISc Bangalore as a Research Fellow at IACV Lab, under Prof. Soma Biswas. Before that I was working at the Institute of Datability Science, Osaka University, Japan as a researcher where my projects revolved around Computer Vision and NLP.

I have graduated with B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Calcutta with a First Class grade in 2022 and have secured position in top 1% of the department.

I'm an AI researcher, who is interested in tasks where data plays a pivotal role or in other words Data Science. I am specifically interested in applications of AI in Computer Vision, NLP . And also in applications of Computer Vision and NLP in Healthcare and Medical Imaging.

I am also regular with competitive coding and problem solving.
